We provide a mod installation service that involves both the installation of the mod and brief testing to ensure the installation was successful.

You are responsible for making a full backup of your store database before purchasing this mod installation service. It is also advisable to make a full backup of your store files.

Following this module installation service purchase, you will need to reply to the order notification email and provide us with the following information:

    1. FTP access to your website. This includes:
        - FTP host name or IP (e.g. ftp.your-domain.com)
        - FTP username and password

    2. Access to the administration area of your store. This includes:
        - A web link to your Administration Area.
        - An administration username and password. (We recommend you create a new account for us, rather than sending your main administrator login)

After we receive this information, we will proceed with the install within 1-2 business days.  This information is required in order to begin the installation of the module. 

The information you provide will be handled in strict professional manner. Once we have completed the installation all login details will be discarded.
